Except as otherwise expressly stated in writing by Texas-Hold-em-poker.biz, the following terms and conditions set forth the rules and procedures that govern all Player's rights in the event of disconnection and ability to use All-ins:
1. If for any reason a Player loses his/her connection, play will continue. Blinds and antes will continue to be posted automatically. A Player should log back on as soon as possible to continue play.
2. Players will be blinded/anteed out of the tournament if they do not reconnect.
3. Players MUST accept the risk of disconnection. They can and do occur. (Log back on and continue play as quickly as possible.) To limit the potential of disconnection, please consult with your ISP as to what measures can be initiated to help reduce this risk. At no time will Texas-Hold-em-poker.biz assume responsibility for disconnected players regardless of cause.
4. If a Player is disconnected during the play of a hand, they will be deemed "All-in" (and can win whatever is in the pot at the time of the disconnect).
5. If a Player is disconnected while playing and uses their All-ins, The Player should reset their All-ins upon their return (or the Player will be automatically Folded the next time, rather than deemed to be All-in).
6. Players are allowed two (2) All-ins per Tournament due to a disconnection problem.
7. A Player may request for an All-in reset by using either of the following two methods:
a) Go to Lobby --> Click on 'Options' --> Click on 'Request All-ins Reset'; OR
b) While at the table, click on the 'Dealer's Chip Tray' to get the options. One of the options is 'All-in reset'. Just click it to send an All-in reset request to us.
8. On the successful resetting of a Player's All-in count, the Player will receive a confirmation.
9. Texas-Hold-em-poker.biz reserves the right to alter this policy and render final decisions on all matters herein at its sole discretion. Policy changes and relevant decisions will be communicated accordingly via Texas-Hold-em-poker.biz via electronic and/or written means.
10. Our software is designed to detect whether a Player had a genuine disconnection before giving the All-in protection to him. If a Player tries to get All-in protection by simply not acting on his/her turn and getting "timed out", he/she is deemed 'Folded'.
11. All-in resets are allowed twice in any 24 hours period. This means that before Texas-Hold-em-poker.biz successfully processes a Player's All-in reset request, we will determine whether the Player has reset their All-ins more than once in the past 24 hours. If the Player has, Texas-Hold-em-poker.biz will not reset the All-ins automatically. (Please contact us.)
12. There is a limit of 10 All-in resets within a 7 days period.
13. Texas-Hold-em-poker.biz strives to offer the best All-in protection to our Players. Out goal is to protect Players who are accidentally disconnected, while also maintaining appropriate checks so that the protection might not be misused.
14. Texas-Hold-em-poker.biz reserves the right to render final decisions on all matters herein at its sole discretion. Decisions will be communicated accordingly via Texas-Hold-em-poker.biz via electronic and/or written means.
15. All use of Texas-Hold-em-poker.biz is further governed by the Texas-Hold-em-poker.biz Terms & Conditions of Use.
